OMEMOS MPS Syrup is a balanced, palatable formula that neutralizes excess stomach acid (Aluminum & Magnesium Hydroxide) and traps gas bubbles (Dimethicone), offering fast and long-lasting relief from acidity, dyspepsia, and flatulence.

• Magnesium Hydroxide IP: 250 mg (per 170 mL)
• Activated Dimethicone IP: 50 mg (per 170 mL)
• Sorbitol (70%) IP: 1.25 mg (per 170 mL) (Non-Crystallising)
